Terms of service

-Commissions are strictly for those 18 years of age and over.

-A Clear reference showing multiple angles of the design you’d like commissioned is required.

Payment/Cancellation

-Payment must be delivered in full to receive your product.

-Returns are not accepted, all sales are final

- Payments can be made through three options of venmo, cashapp, or zelle

-when a payment plan has been set up, any late payments will incur a 3% penalty of the overall quote. Not paying penalty will forfeit a commission.

-If payment plans are not resumed the following month, the commissioned suit will be forfeit and altered to sell as a premade.

Shipping

- Clients will be fully responsible for shipping fees, CandyDragon exclusively uses fedEx for shipments

- CandyDragon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All orders are packaged to survive shipping at the best of CandyDragon’s ability.

-By commissioning CandyDragon, you are commissioning CandyDragon’s artstyle and no one elses

-Candydragon does not accept deadlines, but will work scheduled hours to maintain a general and appropriate timeframe

-During the creation process, if work in progress photos or mockups do not look right, please let CandyDragon know. significant alterations or delayed add-ons may require the Original quote to be reassessed. minor alterations will not incur a fee.
